Spiced Plum Paste: made from yellow flesh plums grown in the Perth Hills fruit growing region of Karragullen, with lemons from our own trees in Bickley. It is the perfect gourmet accompaniment to your cheeseboard (or try it in your glazes for Christmas Ham, or in your toasted sandwiches!) and pairs nicely with soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and blue vein cheeses like Stilton.

Sticky Figs: A beautiful cheese board accompaniment, this jar of figs is cooked low and slow in grape juice with salt and spices. It pairs well with all cheeses, particularly creamy brie.

Quince Paste: A lumpy, fuzzy fruit is slowly roasted until the pale yellow flesh transforms to bright pink. Cooked again with sugar, hills grown lemons and a sprinkle of salt, this paste is the perfect addition to your cheese board.
